Your vote does not make a difference,
just as a single ant does not make an ant hill
a single brick does not make a building
a single car does not make a traffic jam and
a single drop of water does not make a flood

One vote won't change anything like
one voice won't make a choir
one light won't illuminate the stadium
one soldier won't make an army and
one link won't make a chain

I, alone, am not that important like
a note, alone, is not a song
a player, alone, is not a team and
a wheel, alone, is not a vehicle
(unless it's a unicycle, but those are just funny)

It don't care who wins just like
I don't care who spends my money and how
I don't care who lives and dies
I don't care if I'm safe or in danger and
I don't care about the world I'll leave the next generation.
